The appropriate statistical test is a mixed analysis of variance with one between-cases factor and one within-cases factor.
This analysis is not usually covered in an introductory course and most basic statistical programs do not include procedures for conducting this analysis. An exception is StatView (example to be developed...). Consult an advanced statistics textbook and more advanced statistical computer packages.
