The appropriate statistical test is a two-way within-cases or repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA).
This analysis is not usually covered in an introductory course and most basic statistical programs do not include procedures for conducting this analysis. Hence, no examples are given here. Consult an advanced statistics textbook and more advanced statistical computer packages.
