Research Interests

My research interests broadly involve the prevention and treatment of mood disorders. Within this realm, I am specifically interested in the relationship between physical activity and mood and potential mediators concerning this relationship. I am also highly interested in the development and assessment of therapeutic recreation programs. The development and use of technology in ecological momentary assessment and the assessment of treatment programs also interests me in the context of using the most accurate and efficient assessment instruments possible.
