Oops! I'll fill that in the wiki later tonight.  The quick answer is that you 
need to remove the units from your project and then just load it, and press 
the "convert" button at the bottom of the project edit window in the middle 
panel.  The network and environments should transfer, but the processes 
don't.  It will import your scripts but likely they won't work due to 
differences in the processes and stats and environments, etc.
