[pdp-discuss] leabra++ <proj>_ctrl dialogs

All of the projects in the book open a ctrl window that I don't see with the
regular pdp++ demos.  How and/or where are these specified?  They don't seem
to be Select Edit Dialogs, at least not the sort that can be manipulated
within the GUI.

Am I wrong in thinking that Select Edit Dialogs could do everything these
ctrl windows are doing, or is there some capability the ctrl windows have
beyond Select Edit Dialogs?
