In the book example chapter8/objrec.proj.gz, how is it that the weight values in the connections are specified? Specifically I'm wondering about the LGN->V1 projection, which uses a Tessel prjn with init_wts turned off. Many thanks. -- Richard Jones dickjr at gmail.com
