New PDP++ email list management

This is to announce that the pdp++discuss@cnbc.cmu.edu list is now
an alias for the pdp-discuss@psych.colorado.edu list, so that the
automatic "listproc" server at psych will maintain the list, whereas
our previous completely manual system had not been maintained in a
while.

Although you can still email to pdp++discuss@cbnc.cmu.edu, you should
email to listproc@psych.colorado.edu for all administration of the
list, and can email more directly to pdp-discuss@psych.colorado.edu
for all discussion.  pdp++admin@cnbc or pdp++-request@cnbc or any
other such email will not be reliably read.

You interact with listproc by sending commands in the body of your
email (NOT in the subject).

To unsubscribe from the list, send UNSUBSCRIBE pdp-discuss.

the PDP++ web pages will be updated soon to reflect these changes..
