Sorry, just figured out the installation problem.  It turns out the other files are installed in /usr/local which in OS X is a hidden directory that doesn't show up in the gui.  I was able to find the files using the command line terminal.  It might be worth noting this in the documentation or, even better, moving the files to the /Applications/pdp++ directory where the binaries are.  I really appreciate your making this program available to the scientific community!
