The pdp++ packages for Mac OSX have been updated to work properly with
10.3 (panther).  Turns out there was a bug in the old package
Resources but the installer wasn't clever enough to detect it..  So,
this is exactly the same stuff as before, just with a package that
actually installs, so it will still work fine on 10.2, etc.

The "Computational Explorations.." sims package has also been updated.
