dmem debug fix: 3.01

I uploaded updated source code (pdp++_3.01_src.tar.gz) that includes a
fix for dmem (distributed memory parallel computing/MPI) -- it was
spewing debug messages even with dmem_debug turned off.  This doesn't
affect any compiled binaries, which remain at 3.0.
