new OS X package: group = admin

I updated the Mac OS X package with the "group" ownership for everything
set to admin -- previously it was set to my user group and this
prevented authorized people from writing to directories like
/Applications, etc -- thanks to Axel Cleeremans for pointing this out.
This is the updated size/date info:
