Hi, I like to implement an adaptive learning rate in my network. I like to make the rate dependent on the activation of one or more units. Any suggestions how to do it an where I should start. I would prefere to avoid creating my own executable since it is a project for the university where I have to hand in a project file. Thanks a lot! Georg
