Projections and connections within same layer
Hi,
This is probably a very easy question to answer and
one that's probably worth a RTFM response. My understanding is that projections
are connection patterns between layers. By default, are there any
connections between units of the SAME layer? That is, unless I have a
self-projection, am I correct in assuming that there is no talk between the
units of the same layer? Thanks.
