RBFs

Hi,
 
Please bear with me if this sounds a silly question. 
 
I have now just installed and started to run PDP+ V2.01 on a Windows machine using CygWin.  (All is fine, although it is very diffiult to keep track of the multiple windows in emulation mode.)
 
My question is the following:
PDP V1 used to cover RBFs (or wasn't it?). I see no mention to that family of neural nets in V2.
