Hi, I'm tring to run PDP++ in LINUXPPC. The tar files are untarred, standard directory arrangement. I try to run the rpm which, it says in the Install section, is needed by LINUX and LINUXPPC is the same as LINUX.

When I execute the  rpm -Uvh pdp++-binext-VERSION.i386.rpm command, I get this:

error: failed dependencies:
	ld-linux.so.2 is needed by pdp++-binext-VERSION.i386.rpm
	libc.so.5 is needed by pdp++-binext-VERSION.i386.rpm
	libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 is needed by pdp++-binext-VERSION.i386.rpm

I don't have these files installed. I can download them but i don't know where to put them. I downloaded ld-linux.so.2  into /usr/local/lib, tried both as text and as binary download, the rpm still gives me the same message.

TIA for any help, suggestion.
