CYGWIN PDP++ .exe install

There is now a windows .exe install program for the 2.0b3 release of
pdp++:

ftp://grey.colorado.edu/pub/oreilly/pdp++/pdp++_2.0b3_setup.exe

so you just need this one .exe which contains both the binaries and
the "ext" extra demo projects and manual, etc.  when you run this
.exe, it will run an install program that will prompt for various
things, and then install, including all the extra stuff like the
cygwin dll file and gzip.exe.  this is obviously the preferred way to
install under windows.  the INSTALL file has also been updated and has
some additional info that might be of interest -- also the context
sensitive help should now work using internet explorer by default
(this can be changed as explained in INSTALL and the manual).
