I'm not sure what the problem is -- someone posted a while back saying
they fixed a problem by adding an extra label or something like that
-- check out the archives.  Fixing this code is on the TODO list -- it
is known to be somewhat problematic, but I think it does work in some
fashion.. if you can identify a small test case that demonstrates the
problem, that will be useful for fixing it.
