New PDP++ source

I just updated the pdp++ source code on the grey ftp server.  The main
update is a bug fix for the problem where edit dialogs would
mysteriously become unresponsive to input, and thus had to be closed
and re-opened.  If anyone experiences this bug with this new code,
please let me know!  See ChangeLog for more details on changes.
